Are you using a repack? I strongly discourage people from using repacks as they are often not updated to the latest and bug-ridden. Do it manually here:

Erm, Dabaddest i did everything u told but, if im gona load my charcher and the bar is fully lightblue it says critical error 32 can u help me what did i do wrong?

I had the same ERROR, can it be that you need to update your World of Warcraft
client? I had patch 2.2.something and tired to play on a server with 2.3.0, after the update it worked fine and has seen then. ;p

I tried logging in and i get a stupid box appear saying handshaking and it stays on that for ages and ages what gives? if anyone can help it will be much obliged

Extract what files? i am having a problem to. i can log in, make a character but when i go to play, WOW has an error. And when i look at the server (the cmd thing) it had red text when it starts up and red text when i try to log in to it.

why dont u just download world of warcraft - the burning crusade?
its no idea to have a 2.3 server if u dont use tbc?
