Well, if your having a problem with the Connection its your config file on the website. make sure the Database you put in is the datatbase holding Accounts and Characters SQL folders in Navicat. Or did you install MySQL 5.0 ? and put the password correct in config file.

Make sure you have a MYSQL service running. You put rep in the +Rep buttons.
(I did not ask for rep i just told him where it was.)
