1) how do i get in the database via Navicat/SQLyog, cuz i want my own items
2) how do i create new accounts, you can do it ingame but i want to have them BC enabled

Im kinda new at making this server stuff but i got a few errors that i cant seem to fix >.<

when i open up my logon server this message comes up:

and when i open my ascent.exe this message comes up:

This message comes up when i try to open the website.exe:
