GUIDE - Ascent 2.3.x Server w/ Mafiaboy's Repack

dude im havin a problem... i get into my server n stuff, when i made my first character it was saying name is unavalible, i dont remember how but i got past that....now when i make a character it just says disconnected from server
what do i do?

Ya will mine is sorta the same but it will let me make a char...What happens is I log on it works I make a char np I log on np but then if I add a item but a item or loot I item it will lag for about 3 secs and d/c me...What si wrong with my server?

okay i got past getting disconnected when i make a character...
when i login a character it loads the landscape but not the buildings, it freezez without loading anything els and disconnects, all happening in about 0.3 seconds...

Just 1 small problem PLZ HELP
As soon as i click enter world it loads up and then i c the game for about 5 seconds (literally) and i get D/C

Wow nice guide. Looks nice but one question. Does this only work for mafiaboy's repack or can it also work with other repacks such as Chrisspee's Repack? If so is there anything you have to change about this guide if using Chrispee's Repack?

hey i got everything working, great guide.. only thing is whenever i go to log on a character, i get disconnected... any ideas?

well with thenewest wow patch it discs u need to take an old 2.3 patch

Cause i'm a noob.......I look at my server and says High, under population and when i login with a new character it logs me back out....What could the problem be?

How to Downgrade your WoW!! NO Re-Install Needed!!

Step 1: Go to your WoW Directory and into data (world of warcraft/data)
Step 2: Delete File: patch.MPQ and patch-2.MPQ
Step 3: Hit your repair in ur world of warcraft directory
Step 4: Check all boxex and hit ''Reset And Check Files''
Step 5: You know when it works if it says ''your world of warcraft is seriously damaged'' etc!

When its Done with the Repair Your WoW Will be Version 2.0! Easy Like that!
