2dgreengiant Repack is 1700 2000 Rev So GM Scripts

hey m8 i go to login and make a charicter and click create account and it brings me back to the charicter selection screen and my charicter i just made isnt there

if you have mysql server currently running on your pc you need to stop the service in services.msc before you run mysql1 :P

now Start Logonserver And Ascent
And then leave them open
login and play

Shouldn't it extract the database in Sqlyog? :S I don't see any new databases

If you mean the database for items/npc + more, then you only have to have mysql 1 open Sqlyog then login in Sqlyog with username=root password=ascent

I answered this a few times in another thread..
in realms.cfg

 <LogonServer Address = "127.0.0.1"
             Port = "8093"
             Name = "logon"
             RealmCount = "1">

ascent.cfg

 <WorldDatabase Hostname = "127.0.0.1" Username = "root" Password = "ascent" Name = "ascent" Port = "3306" Type = "1">
<CharacterDatabase Hostname = "127.0.0.1" Username = "root" Password = "ascent" Name = "logon" Port = "3306" Type = "1">

and logonserver.cfg

 <LogonDatabase Hostname = "127.0.0.1"
               Username = "root"
               Password = "ascent"
               Name     = "logon"
               Port     = "3306"
               Type     = "1">

check the stuff in red make sure it matches.. there is something wrong with trying to run everything from the ascent db when it comes to char creation so just do it this way and it works fine :P
