A question for repairing a command.

So on my server, there is a command that isn't working.
The owner can't do the command to make someone an admin or GM in-game because it says she is too low level when she is the highest level on admin there is. Can someone help please? And Thank you.

Open Heidi SQL > Logon > Account > Find the account you want to give admin > Under "GM" write az or a (az is admin, a is GM)

If you cant acces the database i dont know how, but try to use .account level (Username) az or .account create (username) (password) [email protected] az

and if non works i dont know
