how can i make my NPCs equip stuff with this repack, theres no equip model 1 and stuff

not saying the only way but way i found best...
Find someone who is already a vendor for whatever you want
and use the command
.npc vendoradditem XXXXX
same thing works for removing

i got it up and working but i cant add any items or use any gm commands :/ I've set my account to Admin...

Is it possible to add custom items and NPC's to this repack? If so can anyone tell me how, :- P Im not to often on MMOwned, so plz, if anyone knows can u email me? [email protected] ... If thats "illegal" I'll maybe go back on here and check sometimes.. :P

Im still trying to figure out the custom npcs. i know the website wow-v.com has personally the best setup as far as creating items and armor. sign up for the website, go to the create whatever, at the bottom click summit the stats and it'll bring up the armor codes and whatnot, click download for the arcemu. after you download and save it, go to the wow controll panel where you would start mysql and the world and logon, there is an option at the top for sql importer. find the armor/weapon/object file "xxxxx.sql", right click and open with notepad. copy that information and paste it into the sql importer. restart everything and there, you have your item loaded to your game. just do the command ".char additem xxxxx" and you have it.
NOTE
when creating your armor or item or whatever, you have to set up an item number for it, make sure that the item number your wanting to use, isnt already a number for another item.

I was also messing around with the files in the repac ArcEmu folder and have found some files i didnt realize were accessable that could widen your options for your server.
If you go to the folder ArcEmu/Configs there are (for my files) 5 separate configuration files.
ArcEmu-logonserver.config
ArcEmu-optional.config
ArcEmu-realms.config
ArcEmu-voicechat.config
ArcEmu-world.config
The "....realms.config" and "....world.config" are the same files used in the control panel for the realm config and world settings.
All these files open with notepad or whatever type of word file you use where you can then change the settings.
The "ArcEmu-Optional.config" when opened in notepad can give you the options of wether you want an Instant 80 realm. What the level caps are, wether you need a level 55 to use the DK and also wether you can have just one or 10... ect.
Ive been looking everywere for this info online and coulnt find it. Hopefully it will help yall!!!

As far as workin on the database, thats what the program HeidiSQL comes in, it connects to your realm and gives you access to alot of the info about your sever. Thats also the program you would ues to make your char lv 255. I could explain more if youd like, but look around it and try a few things =) best info comes from expierence.
Yall also check out my post for installing the game. I took alot of work in it, tell me what you think =)

Okay so I've seen a couple of people ask this question, but havn't seen any answers for it, I know it's prolly super Noobie, but when I start the world and logon they both crash due to "access denied for user root @ local host"
It says it's using the password, I've tried making the password "root" and "ascent" but neither worked. Any suggestions? I can post the .conf files if you need

But if you followed Opasts guide and downloaded the Arc Emu Repac, there is a option in the User Control Panel. At the top,
(About - Webpage - SQL Importer - Help - Check For Updates)
Click "SQL Importer"

At this point, find your custom item. Ex "MasterHelm-55591.sql"
Copy this file into your ArcEmu\Scripts folder, Not the ArcEmu\Scripts_Bin
Right click the file, and open with notepad.
Copy all the text, and paste that into the SQL Importer that you opened with the Controll Panel and click "Import"

---IF YOU NEED TO MAKE A CUSTOM ITEM/ARMOR SLIGHTLY EASY WAY---

Ah yeah, thanks hehe, i remembered shortly after posting that question that i needed something like Navicat, then to get the custom items into the database i simply right click the "world" table and click Execute Batch File, then select my custom item and im all set :P
