How to Compile a DLL

Dear Vindicated, now the teleportNPC works. I came across another problem, which is once I change the locations in Chinese characters, they show as "?"in games. How can I show Chinese fonts in English WOW correctly? Thank you in advance.

You need to change the local of your game in the configs (ArcEmu-world I believe) and database (accounts table ect).
