How to UNPATCH Warcraft

I have seen a few complaining that they suddenly cannot log into their own servers.

Are you using Launcher.exe to load your Warcraft game? If so, they you have most likely automatically downloaded and installed the new patch 3.0.2!!

Your server is running version 2.4.3 and is not compatible with the 3.0.2 game.

You have two Options :

1> Try to unpatch

- Goto Folder \World of Warcraft\Data\
- Delete the File Patch.mpq
- Goto folder \World of Warcraft\
- Run Repair.exe
- UnCheck all boxes except "Reset World Of Warcraft Cache Data."
- This shoudl put you back to Version 2.0
- Run Launcher.exe and patch it back to 2.4.3 (When the 3.0.2 starts downloading.....CANCEL IT!)
- Then from now on ONLY load your game with WOW.EXE


2> Complete Reinstall

- Uninstall Warcraft
- Reinstall Warcraft (and The Burning Crusades)
- Run Launcher.exe and patch it 2.4.3 (When the 3.0.2 starts downloading.....CANCEL IT!)
- Then from now on ONLY load your game with WOW.EXE

to bad the repair tool is set to 3.0 and not 2.0
so you have to reinstall to get back to 2.4.3

Ok guys I am trying to get a server sert up, and I need help, I want it to be BC and do not want to have to deal with patches period, I dont want this server to ever go to WOTLK is there a way to make this happen??
