OMG I HAD it to work and i went to log off to make a new char and it KICKED ME OFF!!! then now it stuck at connecting AGAIN but i didnt know what commands are what and stuff

When I try to run arcemu-logonserver an error message comes up saying that the application configuration is incorrect. I've seen a post about this, but I have framework 3.5, it came with the computer. So I'm not sure what I should do now. I got SQL to run fine.
