For some reason when I put in all the info to connect to navicat it doesn't work. Running vista.

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL And click Task Manager. Navigate to services and look for MySQL. If its there stop the service.

Then in your Panex Control Panel make sure you click Networking and MySQL Start. Then try connecting.

Sweet, that would be helpful.. I want like the fun-servers ive seen with the kill territory and then spawners that take you to a special town with everything in it mounts, and all the vendors. I also want to have custom starting items in a bag.. but that guide will help me!

ok i followed evrey step absolutely perfectly to make it public through realmlist ... and it doesnt work

Hmm, a little more description. I can't seem to find it..

What section do I edit, to make faster XP leveling, and what values do I put in. Also, how do I make it so there are levels that go past 70, and into the 200's?

.npc spawn (id) is to spawn the Npc's in-game.
Go into your world conf and edit the xp rates there. 85 should be good.
