I cant create the 4 databases in Navicat because i cant connect to the mysql server.

Well thats not my fault, Thats yours... Try reinstalling MySQL and setting your name and pass for MySQL "root" so you don't forget it.

SQLyog/Navicat --> Right click --> Create Database

great pack, im having trouble with dumping, i click dump but then it it just says Do you Wish to Overwrite the file"
and do we execute the files on our desktop or the ones in the MySQL folder within betaserver

Its probably " Execute Patch File " for you.

BTW Added a guide on how to change your server to enUS, English. It should work but i havn't tested it yet. Have fun!

I noticed the ad.exe wasn't putting anything into the maps folder (I'm running vista) but it turns out that you have to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR on the ad.exe or it wont work. So any vista people out there having this problem, run as administrator

Hi, I uhm, just read your Wotlk Repack, It was kinda working fine, I never really used mangos... Before and well, I did everything in your guide, made the Database's, did that one thin in Config, not sure what else to change, but I think it's stuck on Vmaps, beacause I extracted the maps, I don't really have Wotlk WoW Folder only your repack, I get this for the starter.

Note: I just realised you said not the AD.exe in the WorldofWarcraft folder but Wotlk? Could you give me a installer for Wotlk Beta for this repack or something? ((If not I could be wrong, help? o.o))

Ad.exe isnt loading anything to maps and not creating a new folder....

edit: nvm got it working thx!
