This is confirmed working on MaNGOS 3462 for WoW 1.12.1 with ScriptDev R34

Change all of the includes in teleguy.cpp to one line:

#include "../sc_defines.h"

The query will not run as this uses a later database, so manually input the query to the applicable tables.

Also I removed all of the BC ports from the .cpp file to avoid errors. I have no clue what would happen if you tried to BC port in 1.12.

Any chance u can make this again w/o the build ur using and supply the tele for those that dont have this?
