i got could not detect locale. when i tried to use ad.exe . i have screen. the message was there for like 1 sec. i tried like 10 times to see what the messaage was :P

- i look under the map file and map 0004331 is there what should i do

Can eny one help me evry time i trys to run my conection in MySQL it says
"2003 - Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (10061)"
What do i do wrong??

I get the same error as listed above by a few people. Is there any way to correct this error?

Some required *.dbc files (1 from 55) not found or not compatible: ./dbc/ChrClasses.dbc (exists, but have 60 fields instead 59) Wrong Client Version DDBC file ?

People expect everyone to wipe their ass. All you have to do is download the Beta, and the Repack. Read to Read-Me file. Do the Map and DBC thing after the beta installs, and then you patch the BETA ONE TIME, ONLY ONCE. Jerod-ser

If you read the very first post on this thread, you will see that it doesn't say "ONE TIME, ONLY ONCE." So all the people who are saying that it don't work have a reason to ask questions.

Now, if you know it don't work with multiple patches, why don't you make a thread and update the guide.

It's different from the error most people are getting, it would seem.
Any help will be much appreciated.

EDIT: I'm going to try running ad.exe one more time. I'll let you guys know if it works.

EDIT2: It worked! I had to move the ad.exe file into my WotLK beta folder, a mistake that I made the first time. Great guide btw, TheCrusher.
