How to Create Accounts manually with Any Private server!

1.First you will ne Heidi sql ,which you can google and its the first link.

2.Next make sure your mysql is running (or what ever data base thing your using).

3. Open up Heidi sql, type in your info you can use Name/Ip: 127.0.0.1, Then what ever your mysql username and password is.

4. open it up and go to the logon tables.

5. click on the accounts table.

6. Click the black + sign and a new box will be added fill out the info, BUT DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE ENCRYPTED PASSWORD, (you can check 0, or 8 for BC or non-BC).

7. Click the black Check mark, and exit.

8.Go to your logon manager (when you open it up), any type reload. and an account has been made.

9.You can create accounts during when the server is up already as long as you reload.
