How to make make your MySQL Database accessable by others!

This is my second guide, hope it helps!
1. Go here! MySQL :: MySQL 5.0 Downloads download the one that works for your OS!
2. Install, pretty self explanatory, do standard installation if there is one.
3. Once installed go to your start menu/all programs/MYSQL/Mysql Server5.0/InstanceConfigWizard
Here is a picture to help understand.

4. Click on instance config wizard (sounds pretty obvious but believe me I have been asked this)

10. Now goto... JK your done! Yay!

when i type in my new rote password i go and click next then excute then the start service has a x on it help me what did i do wrong
