making vista server has less lagg

Ok i have had a vista for the longest time and had a wow server on my vista for a long time too and i was googeling around to try to find a way to make my wow server had less lag and i found this guide (so obveusly since i was googeling around this guide isn't mine i just wanna repost it because it helped me out and i wanna help you out)

Hey some people hosting servers may notice it runs a little slow in vista well i found a way to HELP remove SOME of the lag, the process i changing from vista theme to the windows standard theme, it may look a little shabby but it helps.

1) Go to desktop
2) Right click then go "Personalize"
3) Then click "Windows color and appearance"
4) Click "Open classic appearance properties for more color options"

There should be an option to change your scheme, select windows standard and click apply.

Ta Da your PC / Laptop should on the whole run a little faster.
