the sandbox release will be for the latest one.

right now I think it's going to be released at the weekend

In general Blizzard rarely changes that much (especially by this point in development) between builds that'd make him lose all the work he's done.

Beta will be up thursday, will it be a problem ?

Yeah "Formal beta" starts Thursday, so I imagine they're going to be releasing another patch this week. Best to wait and see for the weekend afterall.

I doubt it. The whole point of the build on Monday and telling people to test the intro experience was them making sure they had a good build for Thursday. They aren't going to risk putting up an unstable build for tomorrow.

A lot of music is actually in the files but Blizzard has it all encrypted and it's not yet enabled in any zone in the Beta.
