No one got the update on Battle.net since the binaries are missing and the Blizzard didn't push up the new build on the B.net update tool

Well fck me..I'm with Win 8 and whenever I click this program it shows as a white black icon and whenever I click it, it shows to pick a program to open this Wow...how can I fix this crap ?!

These are all the DBC files for the new content and new animations, if i had a CASC editor i could probably patch the client myself, But i'm far too lazy to start tinkering again
