No, but there's a lot of impatience nagging about a no-release, pushing King into working with it or constantly asking when it's going to be done.

Take a page from Blizzards and 3D Realms book: It's done when it's done.

We all wait for a new version of the sandbox (and I still hope a member is nice enough to share the older client) but let King work with it when he wants to and if he wants to. No one can force him to do it. And the more the nag, the less reason he will have to finish a new version.

Think about that for a second. Would you like to contribute to the community if they constantly breathe down your neck and moan about it? I didn't think so...

Up until this point I was pretty much just patiently waiting.
First I'd like to get a few things out of the way:

1. I greatly respect and appreciate the work you've done here
2. I'm not going to throw around insults or demanding any work from you, it's your hobby after all.
3. I'm german aswell, I understand the world cup hype (though I don't quite partake in it myself)

So, with that said I'll go pretty much straight to the point:
The sandbox is a beautiful thing but unfortunately it's several builds behind and unusable in it's current state (heck, the download link in the first post is empty so people can't even use old builds). As a programmer myself I understand that you might not want to work on this all day but this forum is filled with a lot of talented people so why not share the work / source (either with selected individuals or simply on github for example) ?

I'm certainly not good enough reversing the protocol completely or writing a sandbox from scatch (wouldn't even have the time to do that), but I (and several others for sure) are definately capable of debugging stuff and trying to get it running again. If nothing else it's a nice thing to kill some time.

TL;DR: It looks like your motivation to keep this updated is kinda low, so why not share your work so others can update it?
