yeah, hey how do i run the install.PHP file?? iv typed into my browser in firefox, C:\wamp\www\install.php

it bring all this installation stuff but i cant enter anything :S the page just keep refreshing and when i load it it comes up with this result in the browser file:///C:/wamp/www/install.php?step=success&owner=%22%20.%20$_POST[
