Also note, we cannot guarantee that the Elder Repack characters/logon database will transfer successfully, in any case you should make a backup of both characters/logon databases for both repacks in the event that they are not compatible. In the event they do not, please PM me and I will assist you.


Please note, those coming from the previous Elder Repack please DELETE that repack's folder(Server folder), as it may interfere with this one.

How to install:
1. Download the repack.
Elder - Repack.zip (Download the quickfix to fix realmlist loop)

2. Extract and move the Elder - Repack folder directly into your C: drive. (Should look like C:\Elder - Repack)

3. Download the maps and dbc files.
DBC & MAPS.zip
4. Extract and move the dbc and map folders to your C:\Elder - Repack\Elder Server\ folder

5. Start the C:\Elder - Repack\MySQL.bat file

6. Start your C:\Elder - Repack\Elder Server\realmd.exe file

7. Start your C:\Elder - Repack\Elder Server\mangosd.exe file

8. Startup World of Warcraft and login with the account name you created.

If you encounter any problems, please double-check that you have done EVERYTHING correctly.

Awesome, giving it a download now! Any chance of a different mirror though? These mediafire mirrors, especially on the repack link are going very slow, < 10Kb/sec!

got it downloaded and set up however how can i create a new user to login and check it's all correct?
Sorry if it's a silly question, i'm not used to the set up of the database, havnt used an emulated server since the antrix days. And back then the password was plaintext etc.

Also I'm not quite sure on how to create characters do i need to use a mysql database editor? or is it easier than that

umm think we just need to go into the database with soemthing like heidisql thats what im using but im unsure where to create the account
