for the fu*k sick can you tell me how to set up this fu*king mysql? when i'm trying to open it then it ask for password so i type in the password i give in the installation process and then error fo half a second is shown and mysql turning off:/

ok first off you need to calm down you never asked me for help in the first place and if the password isnt working you must have tried to install mysql before and have done something wrong. The mysql setup is self explanatory you follow the steps and do the standard installation then make a new db and add the sql files to them accordingly

Along with what Anthrax said, if it doesn't work, delete it, uninstall completely, that means go find the files and delete them after you uninstall (there should be a few files left over just in case you download it again) I had this problem a few years back. Then Download it again, if you get the same problem with the one in the repack, try downloading it off the website. There could have been a problem when it was downloaded (both my navicat and mysql were previously downloaded on my computer so i dont know if its the problem with that or just the complication of it being downloaded before.)

Btw where do i put the maps folder? it says patch/serverlocation i dont have anything that starts with patch. Do i make the folder? or what o.o

yeah make a new folder named maps and run the ad.exe in the wow folder and then move the maps into the server files folder and your good to go you dont even need the maps however

Ok well i got it up and running, had to change the config files around a few times to get it up and going. But i get into the game and go to click on a quest and i got a wow error? Any clue why that happend.

it was one of the night elf starting quests, but nvm i mainly just clicked it to make sure it was working ok, everything else is running fine. If you make another repack, you might want to make sure you get rid of the other accounts that are in the DB, lol. Just a thought tho, +2 more rep for awesome help, and a working private server.

The mall is a little laggy, But it is pretty good, i advise you not to use the .levelup 255, it will make it where you cant look at your character spread, and will crash wow, Dont go over level 100.

no problem and the accounts all have edited randoms pws and stuff there just templates and the lag is computer based i didnt have any for example

Oh it was only for a few seconds, But uhm i deleted all the folders, because after a day and half of messing with it, trying to make the server public, i couldnt. Dont know how to use the website stuff, so i just went ahead and changed the stuff i needed to, to hamachi ip, and it didnt work. i also tried your online guide but quickly found out that my router has a pw on it, soo i cant do that either. I even went as far as trying to copy fresh config files, and edit those, but i ran into a diffrent problem.. sooo i got tired of trying and just deleted it. It worked for me, but i had no success in getting it public, which.. imo is just plain boring.
