Can i use this on arc emu?

It was made on ArcEmu for ArcEmu.

Don't use this on the latest Rv though because they have removed the ReloadLuaEngine() function and its stopping the script from working, remove the reload part of the script and it will work.

It's a nice script and the nudge commands can be really useful, but why not try and go even a step further? Try and see if you can get #nudgeforward <amountofyards> working. (use string.find(string, search) to check if it's nudgeforward then use a substring to retrieve the amount of yards)
Or really nudge forward based on your orientation instead of moving on the x or y axis.
