[SQL] Custom Zones and Gameobjects [ArcEmu]

I can't upload zone 3.

It's giving me the "column count doesn't match value count at row 1" error.

Any ideas?

I got a lot of errors executing Zones 2 and 3. But When I finally got them all into the database. Whenever I would go to one of the zones, my server crashes. I think this needs to be updated.

Yeah I had the same error about the column count, here's how to fix it:
(If you want to save yourself 10 minutes, make sure you have a text editor with a 'find and replace' function. I use TextMate on my Mac. Regardless of your chosen program, the keyboard shortcut in most cases is:
Ctrl+f
or
Command+f on a mac
to bring up a box that will contain a couple of text fields:
Find:
Replace:
and three to five options:
Replace
Replace All
Replace and Find
Previous
Next) Now we're done with the section explaining how to use a computer.. many people don't seem to be able to do that.

Okay so pretty much just find this:
()

and replace all with this:
(entry, Type, DisplayID, Name, Size)

then find this:
'', '', '', '', '', '', 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0);

and replace all with this:
1);

That's all I had to do to get Zone 3 to work, the other 2 worked perfectly.


Great stuff GZ, by the way. Everything is placed so well I would've probably had an aneurysm trying to line up the fences. Thanks for saving my brain . I kinda need that..

Well...

I'd love to see an an arena that has a tree-house theme with lots of trees to cover vision and bridges/elevators to get to higher points ect.

Maybe something to work on when you got nothing else to do or some spare time?

This ^ + Collision.dll/LOS (Line of Sight) checks enabled would be shweet IMO.

Or something similar would just be Totallyawesomesauceness!
