Just unzip with WinRaR and change configuration files.
You have to get maps yourself. (google is your friend)
Then your ready to start playing.

How exactly did you improve its stability (Just wondering what you did)? And probably not the best practice to have your emulator make a repack

I fixed many spells and made it playable.

By playable i mean that your able to play without being bothered by the bugs.

Maybe you should do what the other emulaters do, release the source on a SVN rather than having to donwload a repack. Having your own version of the source means that they can report bugs more easily by reading crash dumps and also being able to add there own personal touch to it if they wanted to.
Also you say it's stable, but you can't really test stability till you have 100+ people online actively going around doing stuff.
Anyway good luck, you put some hard work into this. +Rep
