You put the URL not the video ID when you put the URL it comes up like this.

So you only put

v3L_Ovh_arA

between the [yt].
Then it will become this

http://www.youtube.com/v/v3L_Ovh_arA&autoplay=1

Witch links to youtubes embedding service, making you have a proper video.
