Revised your story a little bit, made it more dramatic :P

Arthas finally seizing the upper hand searches for a way to wreak havoc on Azeroth. Pondering possibilities, Arthas decides on a plan and immediately sends off Sapphiron and some soldiers to the Veiled Sea. Their mission? A simple but tedious task, Spying on the creatures of Azeroth. Sighting and planning a counter attack against their next offensive move. The Lich King wants more than war plans; he wants to siphon the souls of the lesser creatures to end this ongoing war. Fueled by the misery and pain of the suffering, Arthas will be unstoppable, ultimately leading to the downfall of the brave Horde and Honorable Alliance.

Sapphiron flies low and swift, but not quickly enough, for she is spotted and word of her arrival spreads quickly around Azeroth. The Argent Dawn, among the first to act are met by the Horde and Alliance on the shores of a mysterious cave. Among further investigation they find traces of sand… Sand from the deserts of Silithus. They fear the worst has happened, the slain Old God C’thun has arisen once more. The Argent dawn immediately call for reinforcements but their men are garrisoned in the Frozen reaches of Northrend. The Argent dawn is now calling upon the mighty warriors of the Horde and Alliance. Will you arise to the challenge? Will you set your life on the line for the survival of Azeroth? Gather your arms and seek out the Argent dawn to enlist in this conquest!

nice about that u patched to 3.1... u dont know how to downpatch ?? PM me if u dont know :P (i dont have a private server so cant test it) well it looks good and i like the story. But you should have the story to fit even more with the real lore anyways i like it so +rep from me
EDIT: I missed a part of the story thats maybe why i said it should fir more with real lore xD but one question. Where is Arthas in these times ?

Everything should be spawned,make sure you executed everything with no
errors,and are you using arcemu or what?
