I cant upgrade to newer version without wiping out all my quests, player items and misc creations.

I am having a crashing problem when some people login.. Is there a fix for this that I can do to my server?

Yes dump sql files.

Go to Navicat, open up your logon db right click on logon click on dump to sql. Load new repack, open up navicat click on logon on, right click on logon, click on execute batch browse to you logon.sql run. DONE!!!

Every time i load both world and login, they both load correctly, but as soon as i try to log in to the test realm ((Default name)) i log in as admin/admin and try to connect to the realm but all its doing for me is bouncing me back to the realm list every time i select to join the only realm, could i perhaps have some assistance with this?

Uninstall and reinstall something didn't configure correctly when you installed it.
