[Release] - Hunter Taming Spells

Hey,

I don't know if this has already been done, but I couldn't find it when I needed it so I thought I would do it my self.

On my server using [NCDB r47 + ArcEmu] when i am playing as a hunter and i come to do the quests so that I get my pet skills (Tame,Call,Revive/Dismiss) the quests dont work. So I am unable to get the skills normally.

So I decided to add the spells to all Hunter Trainers.
Spells require level 10 and cost 1silver.

I have tested and have them working on my server.
