Its not 3.1 or anything close to it. Its most likely 3.0 because of how old it is. Look at the post date. Panex may have a new repack out, last i knew there website was panex-gaming.com

No, panex is gone forever. SiPex went off to college and doesn't want to deal with the time Panex would require.

Well, if you miss Panex, Riotpack has opened up, they have alot of us from the Panex team, just not SiPex, he left for college.. But just because he left doesn't mean the quality of these new repacks as dropped, we have plenty of very experienced people on board. Riot Repack ToU
