Go to DB logon, in account, make flag 24 and not 40

Create an account in website, after go to DB in cms you see user and make it 100 in status

Anyone have any idea why it keeps spamming "Welcome to our server" for rev 1954 of ArcEmu? It's in yellow text. It's not the MOTD - I checked all the conf files. Is it a LUA script or something?
