Is anyone else showing Mobs with boxes on their hands instead of weapons? What can be done to fix this?

I did some searches on the box on the hand, and it looks like its incorrect display id's in the database. So I would imagine since I am using the database I downloaded from this thread that everyone else has the same problem on the same mobs.

If anyone has been able to identify which database entries are wrong and the .sql code to fix I would like a copy.

Odd how everyone praises people for slapping together a core and a db. I spent 20 min on my private server and it is more functional than all of the repacks I've checked.
