[Release] Player Create Info Index Ids

A lot of people have had to edit their playercreate info tables and many dont know what race or class the index id is.

So heres a list i made:

Useful for adding spells and items to certain parts of the playercreateinfo.

Mmm I just wonder if somebody has "updated" info about "DATA" (longtext) field, I've found some pages about it but far from being accurate info :s

I had to make lots of try & error to find the "level" index, there is so much useful info in that field like faction, gender, etc..

I'm pretty sure the problem with mangos cores previous than 6816 posted by DeathTrooper here is filling faction with wrong data, and that's the problem with PVP...

My info is based on the whydb playercreateinfo structure. Im pretty sure its all correct as i used it for my server.
