Downloaded the newest version. Installed without a hitch. Logged in with a level 1 character and the quests are not working. No dialog or anything from the quest givers. Has anyone else run into this issue or am I just one unlucky person? I think it's the latter.

Same here. No quests available at all. Also noticed that all creatures do not move, they are just standing in one place. They attack once you get in aggro range though.
