Call me a gigantic NooB but is there a way to be able to create Deathknights?

and if what number etc u use in the flag row of the account ?

btw got this DB running on a test/private/closed server at home and i can use
both the TBC retail version and the Wotlk Beta on it ..
and connecting thru Hamachi

No you cannot create dks, the core and the database does not support it.
