Solved... wrong command in server console 'setexpansion acountname2' instead of 'setexpansion accountname 2'

Hi. I am having alot of trouble getting past the map extraction step of making my own server. I just went though 38 pages of posts, and nothing seemed to help. I have tried several different programs, mangos, accent, arcemu, etc. All on 7 different computers with a running copy of wow, so I know there isn't a file missing. when I use the Ad.exe program used to extract the maps it gets to 41% and crashes on every repack, on every computer, always at 41%. Am I the only one having this problem? Or am I missing one very important step here? Also yes, I made the "maps" folder in which to place the extracted maps. Any advise would be much appreciated

It most likely is. A lot of the quests are broken. It is beta after all.

Good news for people who are keeping up with my updates. I finally learned how to compile Mangos myself so now I will be able to give the most up to date rite away. I just gotta work on making scriptdev2 compile, I am down to one error on it.

Like every other guide and tool for MaNGOS, you can find them @ MaNGOS: the free MMORPG server.

Just don't ask for wotlk support at their forum since it's not supported until 13th november (wotlk release date). Only 2.4.3 is supported atm.

Hi, i have installed everything and it works but do you get the same error that when u try to open your character equipment screen that your client crashes? +Rep

I don't believe it had for me. Although I am waiting on WotLK offical release so mangos and others will fully support it. Then I will release a repack that will be 100x better. So honestly wait a few weeks.
