Those errors mean A: You don't have Lua++ enabled (comes pre-compiled with newer revs of arcemu, not for mangos)
B: You havn't edited the reward =p

Yes, that means you don't have lua++ enabled, you could also use the BLUA engine off of Performers SVN. Also, I will create a NPC when I have the time.. Probably in an hour or so (Doing a project for school >.>).
