    Its a public download thing you can get tortoise svn client and then create a file and then riught click and hit svn check out . Basically a huge storage you can update and change stuff on if your a team member of that group.

    NCDB has more bugs / issues then whydb or FLDB at this time .

    I took out NCDB and put in FLDB. For more improvement and added additional waypoints to FLDB .
