Hello, I downloaded Website page and see a blank page when skewer Create account:

If you edit the file and remove the <?Php appears this:

Any solution?

singoe, just download wampserver. than drag all the files in this download to the WWW part of wampserver. then go to Armory in the folder and read the guide
