ok i know you went to a new dbc extractor but go back

the new one only extracted dbc and no maps on my system running a new install of wow 2.4.3 and no maps

when i start mangos it says dbc file 10 from 55 is not found

You can either build one from source from mangosproject.org (which is suggested, since they don't support repacks), or download one from their site or (the more popular option) reaper-x.com.

Not reaper-x.com they don't update the binaries often, use Mangos-FAE | Download MaNGOS, How to Install MaNGOS, Download MaNGOS Database: Downloads i mean reaper-x is still on 6245..

Heya now im pretty new at this but i set up a Ascent server but the patch came out the next day and that day i figured out why i couldnt put it up with hamachi so that kinda ticked me off, anyways ur short guide is kinda confusing not sure what u mean in step 2 when i run the database.bat i only see extract not change a password or whatever, only shows importing but when i do run it says acess denied very confusing, would really love a video or a more in depth guide to this, i just want a private server so me and my friends can have fun when live is boring, BTW this works with hamachi im supposing, thanks also i do have MySQL 5.0

You have to open it with a text editor like notepad to change the password. I can maybe make the guide more clear later.

Well guys I am not realy a MaNgOs 1, Can any1 send me a mail saying exactly how can I install MaNgOs or something, cause I didnt get the point when you said "Create 4 empty databases:

"Create 4 new databases" has nothing to do with MaNGOS so you don't need a MaNGOS guide for that. You need some basic knowledge with MySQL which is required when making a private server.

Hi! I have a problem. Your pack is very well, but i want to compile it myself. I have character converter and patch for 2.4.3, but it dont want to work with 2.4.3 maps. Maybe i need an additional patch?
p.s. You the sadist. You scoff at my MySQL such long queries!

Nope it should work with only the 2.4.3 patch file. Are you sure you're using the right map files?
