Ran into an issue with Individual Progression. I solved it, but I figured the issue was specific enough to this repack to merit posting what happened here:
Individual Progression is not compatible with the Account Achievements module present in this repack. Specifically, the achievements shared affect progression; for instance, if you have a character who has cleared all available content and is at the maximum progression tier; all other characters on that account will be at maximum progression from level 1. To fix this, you can disable the account achievements module in its config, then type .reset achievements <character name> in the worldserver command window. Finally, log into that character and type .ip set N, where N is the number of the desired progression tier.
None of this matters if you're making new accounts for each character, or don't have the IP version of the repack. But I figured I'd put that info out there just in case.
Hey and thanks for assembling this repack. I've spent some time with the version without individual progression and noticed a number of issues:
1. The repack description says that the "Ahn'Qiraj War Effort" module is disabled by default, and it is indeed disabled in mod_aq_war_effort.conf (ModWarEffort.Enable = 0). However, NPCs and objects relating to the event are spawned all across the world (e.g. resource turn-in NPCs in Ironforge and Orgrimmar; Eroded Anubisath Warbringers and floating crystals in Darkshore). The AQ War Effort isn't recognized as an "event" for the purposes of .event activelist, so it doesn't show up in the output of this command and cannot be disabled using it. The AQ gates themselves are open. Is it possible to fully disable this event in the current version of the repack or this can be done only if you recompile the core?
2. Quest items have an abnormally high drop rate (close to 100% in my experience). E.g. quest item "Stone of Relu" for the quest "The Absent Minded Prospector", which is known for having a ridiculously low drop rate, has dropped for me after like four raptor kills. Were drop rates modified directly in the server's loot tables, or one of the bundled mods is affecting drop rates? I understand that it's weird to complain about this since it's ultimately a huge time saver but this behavior is far from being blizzlike.
3. Bots sometimes ignore obstacles and travel from point A to point B by erratically jumping through the air. This is especially apparent in Darnassus in the part of the city with two-story buildings. Bots also sometimes clip through WMOs (e.g. when entering a building in the outside world or traversing through cities that constitute a huge WMO, like Stormwind or Undercity). I'm not sure if the playerbots module itself is faulty in terms of accounting for collision or the extracted mmaps do not work as intended.
4. Uncommon (green) items are sometimes duplicated upon being looted in a group (i.e. the exact same green item drops twice at the same time). The behavior seems to have stopped once I disabled the "AOE Loot" module in mod_aoe_loot.conf (the repack description says that this module is disabled by default but it is not actually disabled).
5. The "Time is Time" module has an unintended side effect in that it also accelerates the passage of time in the in-game calendar (e.g. you log into the client on Oct 03 and after some time spent in the game world the calendar shows that it's Oct 07). I don't think this module should be enabled by default.
It's a fork that adds the following ability: Modified to work together with mod-individual-progression to purchase account based progression tiers, the mod is required for this version to work.

1. Must be a thing from individual progression
2. No change were made to drop rates. There's mod-dynamic-loot-rates, but it's the default 1x multiplier. Maybe it's the work of AOE loot?
3. Issue with playerbots. Nothing you or i can do about except wait for fixes from the devs.
4. Make a issue on the module github
5. Yes. I set the config to 1.0 speed next update.

try `.tele onyxia` , that should let you inside.
getting the access conditions right has been a huge pain in the butt
I'll look at it again.

1. Sounds like you first used the Individual Progression version. then switched to the version without it. But still use the same database. You have to start with a new database. IP makes thousands of changes that do not magically revert. You can copy your characters with the `.pdump write` and `.pdump load` commands. Or if you know a little bit about how HeidiSQL works, you can export the `acore_characters` database. more info about the pdump command can be found here: GM Commands | AzerothCore
2. I've looked at the drop rate of the Stone of Relu. It's set to 10% in AzerothCore. It indeed seems a bit too high. I've also looked at the drop rate VMangos uses for this and they set it to 8%, which is still higher than what you would expect it to be if you read the comments about this item on wowhead.
I did change the drop rate of many quest items for Individual Progression. But I want to be able to point at something as proof. VMangos is my go to source for drop rates.
So in this case, I may change it to 8%, but that's still much higher than the 1-2% drop rate the wowhead comments suggest it should be.
Hello, I have tried to carefully follow each step and search the forum for answers, and even tried to ask chatgpt for help but I can not get the individual progression repack world server to stay running, I am always met with this error https://imgur.com/a/jpZWBQO I have carefully followed every step multiple times including ensuring that I have followed the installation steps in the correct order many times but am always met with this error, the world server cmd instantly closes everytime

Installation issue. I tested the repack before releasing by extracting the base repack from february and then the latest update and everything went fine. Make sure there are no leftover files inside the appdata/local/temp folder.

item_changes.sql shouldn't be in there. that's a very old file.
that was renamed many months ago to vanilla_item_changes
To anyone with a shitty GPU like mine (with 8GB VRAM or less) - I found a model that's giving me fun and real-chat feeling results right here: https://ollama.com/artifish/llama3.2-uncensored
Just open CMD and type:
ollama pull artifish/llama3.2-uncensored
and then in the playerbots module find the config line and replace the model name:
OllamaChat.Model = artifish/llama3.2-uncensored
