Shaman AoE heal

tested working on ascent r3400 The 8 piece T1 bonus for shamans gives lesser heal a chance to jump targets, healing the next closest person for a bit less than the original heal. This is bugged, as healing is not reduced, and there is no limit on the jumps. The heal can jump to a person outside of your raid group, and keep going as long as there is a chain. Its possible to light up a whole town with this if people are close enough.

It doesn't proc for me , Do you have to cast it on a group member? I just can't get it too proc.
