I known about this for a while, and I admit it is pretty useful on instant lvl 70 servers where you must gain defense skills on your own.

if you are warrior cast demoralizing shout , if you are lock put a curse on the critter like : Curse of elements , Curse of shadow or fear it

I'd do it with chickens in Goldshire or Westfall a while back with the warlock talent Backlash, their misses and stuff would still go towards the proc and I could spam insta-cast shadowbolts.

EDIT: The chickens had a .0001 attack speed when I did it. I'll see if they still do on my priv server. ;D
