Damage increased - One shot bosses? (Horde, but perhaps also Alliance)

Hello everyone. I want to share with you a quest item that I found bugged in my private server.(Forgotten Lands). This quest item in my server now is fixed.

Rod of Helcular - Item - World of Warcraft

What you need:

The quest - > Helcular's Rod Giveth... - Quest - World of Warcraft (Horde quest, there are other quests that give this item, but the location to get the quests is unknown, that's why I have written "perhaps also Alliance".

When you accept the quest you will receive the Rod of Helcular. The best way to use this item is to be with other person that could empower yourself. I used the item with my guild to one-shot cata bosses.

How to use:

1. Take the quest
2. Get the provided item
3. Use it to yourself or to someone of your party, you will get a buff that increase your damage for some time. The buff could stack, so if you use it as much as you can with other friends, you could shot bosses. I confirm used it to kill cata bosses 2 years ago.

P.S I got the quest thanks to the swap quests id exploit with Cheat Engine, so I don't know if it's possible to get it with other way.

Ah, sorry for my stupid english. Hope it will be useful for someone.

I haven't tested it on bosses though. Only on Dark Ranger's

It's possible on your server is fixed, which is yours?

Normally it shouldnt tell you "spell is not availabe to you". If it works, you immediately see get a special buff.

I have been playing WoW since cataclysm. I often used to find gamebreaking exploits and I succesfully found those many times. Although that was three or two years ago. I had found other amazing damage exploit that I unfortunately forgot. The only two I remember are the Helcular's Rod and the other is the other quest item Lethality Analizer that reduce the size and the damage of any npc(friendly or enemy) of a big percentage(50% or more). Example: If i use it to myself(level 90) now, I do from 50k damage per hit to 10k. The same logic for any other npc or bosses. It is also funny, cause you see a little Ragnaros doing you little damage xD (little just saying).

I'm playing now pandaria on the same server of three years ago, only to find gamebreaking exploits. If I find something, I think I will post it there.Thank for you update.

This thing is not working on bigger servers. There are many items like this ... For example for legit dmg you can use Voodoo Power - Spell - World of Warcraft
This is a quest item too but its not fixed for some servers ...

That's exact. Many of the biggest private servers have probably this item fixed, although there is the possibilty that for some people works.

Of course ... /HelpCharacterStuck for spell swap was working on retail for months ...

This is fixed on most servers, along with that one item from Grizzly Hills that make you go super sayian.
Other items rendering you from the plane of existence and to kill without being seen, heard, combat logged, etc. Some even granting a sense of immortality.
Or the most common, questing being bugged to a point whereas you can't obtain a certain item in game.
