It's basicly a normal teleport hack,just that you use it on your target while Mind Controled and it teleports the target wherever you want.

No need to release it as it is already released even on this forum.Its name is The Hitchhiker's Hack.
Anyways you can use any teleport hack for that.
And about your question,I tought it was sarcasm lol

I am gonna said nice, however, this was done time and time and time again in the past. Mainly for some of us that move players either when requested or by force whenever we had to, hell even npcs.
Mind Control is one item to use, however, there is another item to use to literally mask yourself in case a game master is indeed looking for you.
But like on wotlk, it can be done on other expansions as well such as cata, mop and wod.

What you can do, which you were close to doing is VTD someone badly, however, it is sort of complex, but extremely simple, but also dangerous for you and the victim.

It depends, I know for a fact only certain programs work or emulate what is obviously seen here in the video. On Cata, even if you attempt this it will move you instead of the target, so in a way, you escape the scene vs another program whereas it moves the target only instead of the guy with the program, so it is random for the folks on Cata, for instance the h hack wasn't too good with tele-hacking, it was only capable of moving the person with the program instead of the target when injected, same could be said for other programs out there. Mop is 100% target move, same could be said about wotlk.
