[Pandashan] Massive damage in Townlong Steppes

Tested this on Pandashan, might work on servers running a similar version of the game.
1 - Get the quest Pitching In
2 - Bind the item you get from starting the quest to your hotkeys for easy access
3 - Use the bomb! It causes around 35-40% total health as damage. 3 throws kills any enemy npc!

IMPORTANT NOTES
1 - You can only use this while in the Townlong Steppes zone. Exiting the zone will make the item disappear from your inventory.
2 - The blast hits EVERY npc and players! It does NOT cause aggro.
3 - The blast radius can and will hurt you! Use with caution and don't kill yourself!

If I may, I'd like to ask directions on how to properly lock your zone. I tried Cheat Engine, but freezing the addresses didn't really work, as a single frame of changed zones will destroy the item.
