[Cheat Engine] How to Duplicate Quest Items on Pandashan (and others)

Gonna give this a try later when i get home.
However i need to find a retail 1.12.1 launcher somehow...

Is it possible to spawn any item?
If so i'd love to try get any legendary or similar.. :O

I think some servers, especially 3.3.5a that are really popular and well developed, this will not work. If the server owners know what they are doing they can fix this very easily. That might be why you can't do it. Try googling "old.wowhead.com" to get all the older quests from 3.3.5a and lower.



If they alter their WoW Clients, such as Pandashan, be sure to choose the correct process. Once you find the process it should still work. Make sure you are starting Cheat Engine AFTER you start WoW. Sometimes the built in anti-cheat in the client doesn't allow you to have cheat engine open when you first start up WoW.

It doesn't even find anything when I attach WoW though,and Im choosing the right process...After opening up WoW before CE.So it looks like they altered their client to stop from CE working,on a 2.43 server too.

If someone got a clean version of 1.12.1 (couldn't find by google)

Because it's altered so CE won't recognize the process at all

edit: got ahold of one.

Doesn't work on 1.12.1 the quest won't be accepted when i press accept. nothing happends.
If i change it when im sharing to the non exploiter, ill get Item lua error script. but quest got changed. but when i relogg the quest is back to normal
so i guess its clientside.

Its fixed somehow in my server, or just doesnt work 1.12.1

That is odd, maybe they are able to change the client so you can't edit anything with Cheat Engine. I am not sure what to tell you to be honest, but I have tried on several servers and it does work, it just depends on the server and how the server owner runs his/her server. Sorry it doesn't work on your server, if you want you can PM me and I could try on the server you are currently on and see if I can get it to work. I will need to start downloading a 2.4.3 though so I won't be able to get back to you until it's done.

Just wanted to point out that most 1.12.1 and 2.4.3 servers don't work. It might be because some of the servers are actually using their own clients like many of you have pointed out, or the fact that these cores have been worked on for so many years that it is simply fixed. Some 3.3.5a servers still allow you to use this quest share exploit, you just have to find them. Cataclysm and Pandaria servers will more than likely work because they are newer cores and have not been worked on as much (unless again your server's owner or developers actually know what they are doing.)

Hey man I play on pandashan and when i try that duplicate quest,i get the quest but i dont get the item(i dont mean the trinket) the deck

This popped up on Devs radar, and they seemed to have fixed it and been banning people for using it on pandashan.

I havent been on Pandashan in a while so I'm not surprised they are fixing this, probably banned as well. This still works on other servers though, namely WoWbeez on 4.3.4.

Ah yes, I have tried most of those specifically on Pandashan but they don't work, you can't accept them. They do work however on other private servers, so its not just limited to Pandashan. +rep if I can

Anyone else having a problem of accepting the shared quest? Sometimes the button is greyed out and then sometimes I click accept but nothing happens. Is there an address you know of that we can put into CE to force accept the quest?
