Shadowstep any range any target (cataclysm only)

Been using this bugged macro for quite a while now, quitting private servers so gonna release it.


Step1.
Copy and paste this into a macro: /cast [@focus] Shadowstep

Step2. Set an enemy target as focus target (right click portrait, set focus)

Step3. Stand within shadowstep range of them

Step4. Target ANYTHING else, ANY distance (yourself, a friendly NPC, enemy NPC etc.)

Step5. Hit the focus macro

Step6. Laugh as you're now behind your target.

Added possibilities, target any raid member on the same continent, hit the macro near a focused enemy. Appear behind your raid member.

Works on EVERY cataclysm private realm.

Not gonna be fixed for a long time, have fun.

/cleartarget
/cast [@focus] Shadowstep
/TargetLastTarget

Awesome! Worked on Cruel-WoW 4.2.0 server and i'd assume it works on their 3.3.5 server as well. Cool find, man.

To anyone that plays on the Cataclysm-WoW private server this works. Its pretty funny :P and Cataclysm-WoW runs off of Skyfire emu.

This was actually discovered on live around 2.2, I remember playing with it on a premade on the 2.3 ptr just before it was hotfixed. It actually sometimes allowed you to teleport into instances and bgs.
