Unlimited Teleport with kirin tor ring

hi, im new here... and bad english
how to:
1. use your kirin tor ring and get CD... 30 minutes...
2. release your kirin tor ring from your finger
3. equip your kirin tor ring again to your finger
4. go through portal or dungeon or battleground or summoned by warlock or everything except reloadui to see loading screen
5. voila... your ring CD is reset...

this method work for other item CD in your equipment
work on many server...
tell me if im in right section
